OPENING SEGMENT: WILLIAM REGAL & THE UNDISPUTED ERA
Kyle O’Reilly is afraid of War Raiders. His mommy probably told him a scary story about Vikings when she tucked him in last night. This is the kind of stuff Undisputed Era should be doing. I wouldn’t be surprised if they attack Regal here.
Well there’s no attack, but there is big news: Adam Cole will face Pete Dunne and Ricochet in two weeks in a triple threat match for the North American Championship. Not only that, but in three weeks, Strong & O’Reilly defend their titles against War Raiders. War! War! War! War! War!

Johnny Gargano says he’s back next week, while Candice LeRae and Lacey Evans have words. I definitely want to see those two go at it.
Velveteen Dream is in a mood tonight.
LARS SULLIVAN VS. VICTOR ORCHANT
Orchant eats a giant powerslam about 10 seconds into the match. Orchant looks like a pretty big dude himself, but not compared to Sullivan. Orchant is saved from destruction by EC3, who attacks Sullivan from behind, and actually gets the better of the leviathan. Sullivan seems to have a real opponent and a real feud.

Nikki Cross wants a rematch with Bianca Belair. And “she knows”.
THE MIGHTY VS. STREET PROFITS
The Mighty has Street Profits’ swag that they stole. That’s not cool. Dawkins just knocks Thorne right the fuck out with one punch before the bell, that was hilarious. Montez Ford got INCREDIBLE distance on a suicide dive flip, he landed almost on his feet, a quarter of the way up the entrance ramp. Percy Watkins is a fucking idiot. “It’s not about being materialistic, it’s about principalities of it man!” Boo this man.
When this team inevitably goes their separate ways, Montez Ford will almost certainly be the breakout star. This is if The Mighty didn’t break his leg with the steel steps in this one. After really working over that leg and teasing a tag multiple times, Thorne gets the win with a Figure Four Jackknife pin. I would have liked to see a little more action and a hot tag to Dawkins.
Match Rating: Three Gold Medals
VANESSA BORNE VS. KAIRI SANE
WTF… Vanessa Borne disrespected Kairi’s pirate hat. You cannot do that. Borne looks good early but after a bitchin DDT from Sane, Kairi cruised from there. Interceptor, Sliding D, InSane Elbow, 1-2-3.
Match Rating: Four Gold Medals
Shayna Baszler makes her way out to the ring. She’s invoking her rematch. Kairi gives it to her… at Evolution! Shayna just does not have a promo voice.
Shayna Baszler Promo Rating: Two Bellas
Kairi Sane Promo Rating: Two Sensational Sherris
Keith Lee walks in on a Kona Reeves…something. Lee challenges Reeves. I just really don’t like or get Reeves’ gimmick.
OTIS DOZOVIC VS. TOMMASO CIAMPA
It always intrigues me how they book matches like this, where a much larger wrestler takes on the champion in a match that you just know there’s no way the champion will lose. It’s not a championship match, but I still can’t see Ciampa losing the match. It’s like when they used to punish big heel stars by saying they’ll take on… “THIS MAN!” and then Big Show’s music would hit. By all rights, big show should never have lost, ever, but he amazingly became a glorified jobber. That’s why matches like this intrigue me, because it has to be very hard to book it and make it make sense.
Dozovic gets in some good offense early but Ciampa threw him into the barricade then was able to hit a few knees to the face. Dozovic doesn’t look so good, Ciampa seems to be picking him apart. Dozovic finally gets back to dishing out some punishment of his own and nearly got the win after a huge clothesline. Ciampa starts to run but Tucker Knight stops him. Dozovic is really rolling now. I suddenly have a feeling the Knight is going to turn on Dozovic tonight and become Ciampa’s bodyguard. I may be 100% wrong, but something smells fishy.
Ciampa uses the FEMALE referee to shield himself like the complete shit bag that he is, but Dozovic gets a power bomb for a two count as the crowd chants his name. Ciampa hits a DDT through the ropes onto the apron that looked nasty as hell, then he hits another DDT from the apron into the ring for the win. Yep, I was totally wrong about Knight turning on Dozovic. Really good match.
