TEAM PAWZ (BOBBY ROODE & NATALYA) VS. COUNTRY DOMINANCE (MICKIE JAMES & BOBBY LASHLEY) w/LIO RUSH
The Bobbies start the match. Natalya puts her cat ears on Lashley, AND THE ASSHOLE STOMPS ON THEM! Nattie looks like she’s gonna cry. I had no idea that Bobby Roode used to team with Jim Neidhart. Nattie always looks like a warrior, and she fights like one. Mickie James is no slouch, and she looks like a bad ass in her outfit.
Whenever Natalya wrestles I wonder why she isn’t booked more dominantly. It’s usually obvious how much better she is than she looks when she’s getting held down in a sleeper hold. Her matches are booked better when she’s a heel because we get to see more of her expansive move set. We get double Sharpshooters by Natalya & Roode, but Lio Rush distracts Roode. Lashley hits a diving shoulder block right into Roode’s midsection and Country Dominance gets the win to remain undefeated.

TEAM AWE-SKA (ASUKA & THE MIZ) VS. RAVISHING RUSEV DAY (LANA & RUSEV)
They are having Asuka get beaten up by Lana. Please make this booking of this amazing talent stop. Lana & Rusev challenge Miz & Asuka to kiss. Lana hits a dive off the apron onto Miz & Asuka. I am really proud of how good Lana has gotten in the ring because I love to see talent succeed, but come on, Asuka runs circles around her. It’s just not believable to have Lana do that well against her.
Rusev got rolled up by Miz in like 2/3 of a second on SD1000, so now he’s trying to avenge that, and he’s kicking the shit out of Miz. They STILL have Lana beating up Asuka! I can’t stand this. Miz impersonates Aiden on the mic and it distracts Lana & Rusev, and Asuka takes out Rusev… but Lana once again gets the best of her. Lana puts Miz in the Accolade! She hits her face buster on Asuka. And Asuka continues to suck against Lana. She finally puts in the Asuka Lock, which is like her third offensive move of the match, and commensurate to how she’s been booked in every match since April. Fucking dammit. That really made this match suck.
