WHY, JOHNNY, WHY?!?
Grudge match! I’d be surprised to see Kendrick come out on top. Gallagher is dominating the match. He’s extra vicious tonight, determined to destroy his former friend. Kendrick himself is especially motivated to get revenge. Drew Gulak is on commentary, and Percy Watson chides him for not being the one to get in the ring with Kendrick himself. Gulak avoids the question and mocks Watson instead. Typical mean heel!

In 1989, managed by Dutch Mantel, Mark Calaway debuted as The Master of Pain, a character fresh out of the United States Penitentiary in Atlanta after serving five years in solitary confinement for killing two men in a fight. After his second match the next week, he stayed in the ring and challenged USWA Unified World Heavyweight Champion Jerry Lawler to an impromptu match. The Master of Pain easily dominated Lawler until Mantel entered the ring and called him off. Lawler agreed to a title match, and on April 1, The Master of Pain won his first professional wrestling championship. He held it for just over three weeks before Lawler became the first man to pin him to win it back.
Check out his title win and more pictures of the Master of Pain after the jump.
Unfortunately, only deaths today.

Strowman bowls over Mahal until Jinder tags in Alicia Fox, who is not happy to face Ember Moon. Alicia runs the ropes… for about 30 seconds straight. She takes a water break but turns straight into an Ember Moon dropkick. The Singh Brothers distract Ember and Alicia takes advantage with a neck breaker.
Excellent and passionate promo from Daniel Bryan, except he lied about taking it from Styles at Crown Jewel. AJ says his Pelé kick to DB was on purpose. Bryan said “I am 100% honest”, but he just lied about gong to Crown Jewel. AJ SAYS LET’S DO IT NOW! Shane McMahon IS GONNA LET IT HAPPEN I THINK! Well THAT’S a way to get out of that situation! FUCK YEAH!
